I’m a compassionate and clinically astute psychiatrist in private practice in South Africa, experienced in general adult psychiatry, mood and anxiety disorders, addiction, and burnout. My background in management consulting with McKinsey & Co where I developed strategies for private, public, and social sector clients across Africa has shaped my problem-solving, systems-based approach to mental health.

I work collaboratively with psychologists, occupational therapists, and social workers to provide integrated, holistic care. At heart, I’m both a problem-solver and a lover of people, and in psychiatry, those two passions meet perfectly
